We are successfully providing Genset power solutions with our self owned D.G. Sets at over 700 locations across India with a wide range from 10 KVA to 1200 KVA.
We Provide various customized solutions to our clients for their requirements of power backups. We offer a wide range of options for our clients like D.G. sets with/without fuel, with/ without operator and AMCs as well.
We have a mobile dedicated team for every 40 sites, each team having an Area Manager, a Technician and a Helper. These fully equipped teams constantly move in their respective areas to provide fuel top ups and check the health of the machines installed at the client end. Together, these dedicated teams ensure that they reach any site in the minimum possible TAT. All the teams remain connected to our control room, where the complaints from the Clients are duly logged in. The control room monitors the response time of each team and provides them with any additional support if required.
The control room follows an online Management Information System, which automatically generates alerts for the pending complaints, services due and abnormal consumption of fuel by a particular Genset, etc. These infrastructural facilities and our dedicated human resource help us provide the best of our services to our clients.
